Camping & Biking

So because it will take way longer to write than I want to tonight (hopefully Trav will write some) I will post pictures from our weekend.

Karaoke!

So last weekend was another fun filled weekend. Friday night we drove up into Albany/Berkeley for Karaoke with a gal I used to work with and a bunch of others, some I work with now and some other random people. Karaoke was a ball and I even got Trav to sing a few songs, he has the best voice! I even sang three songs. :) Saturday was a sleep in day and by the time we got done at the gym and grocery shopping it was time to get ready to head into San Jose. We went to the Improv Comedey Palace (LOL palace) for dinner and a comedey show. We had so much fun!!! I love a good show. The main comedian was hillarious. He was Korean Comedian, but was wearing cowboy boots, was from Knoxville and had a southern drawl. So FUnny! He was like yeah I am Korean and I am fromt he South, so I am a South Korean LOL Sunday was low key which was nice. We got things done and ready for camping as well as just the normal Sunday things. Oh and I think Trav's parents are coming down for his birthday, middle of September, so that should be fun!!! Here is a picture of us from Karaoke on Friday night. :)

Camping

So I am super excited! Trav and I aer going on our first camping trip this weekend. We are heading north of Sacramento to Downieville area to a place called Packsaddle Campground. I am so excited as it is my first camping trip in years. We just got a new tent and went through all our stuff and we are pretty much ready to go. We are also going to be biking while we are up there which should be even more fun. I will make sure to post pictures for everyone :) Oh and if anyone ever wants to come down and visit we are all about having visitors. :) So keep you all posted on our camping adventure!!!

4th of July

So I can not believe it has already been a month since we have posted anything, and I guess Trav may not be writing much on Chris's wedding so I will post some fun pictures that we have from it though. The past month has been a whirlwind of traveling and work crazyness. Since the marathon we have been to Irvine/Huntington Beach for my work summer picnic and then back up to Oregon for Travis's grandma's memorial service. This weekend will be just as filled as Jim and Lindsay, Travis's old roommates will be down to visit. They are driving down Friday and then driving home early on Sunday. I have some pictures to post but will have to do that tonight when I get home. Otherwise we have just been biking a bit, hiking a bit and going into the city to a new club we found that plays some great Techno/Trance music we both really enjoy. So stay tuned for more updates on work, our weekend and pictures. :)
